Common questions

Does Jamiya hold or move money? No. Jamiya keeps records only. Payments happen outside the app, and the organizer records them.

How do I delete my account? In the app, open Profile and use Delete account at the bottom. This deletes your account and every jamiya nobody else shares with you.

I lost my password. Tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen and use one of your recovery codes.

A member does not use the app. That is fine: the organizer can keep the records for them.
